デポジットは施術後にその金額を相殺して施術代を請求します。直前のキャンセルや当日来店されなかった場合は返金致しません
The deposit will be applied toward the cost of the service after your appointment. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows on the day of your appointment.

支払時期

予約時にリンクを送るので6時間以内にお支払いをお願いします。期限内に支払いがない場合はキャンセルとさせていただきます

返品・キャンセルポリシー

デポジットという商品の特性上返品交換は承っておりません。キャンセルに関しては2日前のキャンセルは30％、前日は70％、当日は100％のキャンセル料をいただきます
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Regarding cancellations, a 30% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made two days prior, 70% for cancellations made the day before, and 100% for cancellations made on the day of the reservation.

期限内のキャンセル、特別な理由のキャンセルに限りデポジットは返金されます。システム手数料は返金されません
