Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping takes 2-4 business days.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Card, PayPay and other wallet payments are charged immediately and the order is confirmed on authorisation. For convenience store (konbini) and Pay-Easy payments, an issue code is provided at checkout and payment must be completed within 3 days. Orders not paid within this period are cancelled automatically. Goods are only shipped after payment is confirmed.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that the order has entered fulfilment and cannot be cancelled. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, at no cost to you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Refunds happen within 10 days of receiving the return.

Items ship from our Asia warehouse and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Import duties and consumption tax are included in the price shown at checkout — you will not be asked for additional payment on delivery.
