事業内容 We are a US-registered LLC preparing to launch an online pet supplies store on Shopify for customers in Poland. We will sell dog and cat products directly to consumers, such as toys, accessories, grooming and care products, beds and feeding supplies. Prices will be in PLN, and we want to offer BLIK because it is the most widely used online payment method in Poland. There are no additional fees. Shipping is free and all prices include VAT. There are no fees for payment by BLIK or card. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover them.

Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law. Please contact us by email to start a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have shipped.
