There is no delivery fee. Return shipping fee is up to 500 yen but we will cover it if the product is defective.

配送料は無料です。返品送料は500円を上限としてお客様のご負担となりますが、商品に不良・欠陥がある場合は当社が負担いたします。

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Products are shipped by either Japan Post Yu-pack or Sagawa, and should be received within a week for central Tokyo, and up to 2 weeks for outside central Tokyo.

ご注文は通常1～2営業日以内に発送手続きを行います。商品は日本郵便（ゆうパック）または佐川急便にて発送いたします。お届けまでの目安は、東京都心部で約1週間、その他の地域では最大2週間程度となります。

Full payment must be made at the point of placing the order. For the return shipping fee, we will charge in advance but refund it if the product is found defective.

ご注文の際に、商品代金の全額をお支払いいただきます。返品時の送料は一時的にお客様負担となりますが、商品に不良または欠陥が確認された場合には、当社が返金いたします。

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to make any changes in your orders. Fee up to 1,500 yen may apply depending on the status of the delivery. For Refund, Replacement or Exchange, please contact us within 7 days.
