No additional fees. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping cost is shown in the cart before payment; shipping is free for orders of 2 or more items. Engraving is free. If the customer withdraws from the contract, the direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer; if the product is defective or damaged, we cover all costs.

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes 5–7 days from payment, including engraved (personalized) items. Every parcel is shipped with tracking; the tracking number is sent to the customer by e-mail.

Full payment is due at the time of placing the order (BLIK, Przelewy24 or card). We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are prepared and shipped only after the payment is confirmed.

Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, by sending us an e-mail (address on our Contact page). We refund the full amount, including the cheapest standard shipping, within 14 days, using the original payment method. Exception: engraved/personalized items cannot be returned without reason. Defective, damaged or wrongly engraved items are replaced or refunded free of charge (2-year statutory warranty).

Please check the spelling of your engraving text before ordering: we engrave exactly what is typed in the "Grawer" field (max. 25 characters). The engraving preview on the website is illustrative. To keep jewelry looking new, remove it before bathing, swimming and sport, and avoid contact with perfume and creams.
